Cancellation Policy
LIMITLESS FITNESS Group Training Membership Policy Orlando & Winter Park, Florida By enrolling in Group Training at Limitless Fitness, you agree to the following terms: 1. Membership & Billing Group training memberships operate on a recurring monthly billing cycle and renew automatically on the original purchase date. A valid payment method must remain on file. Failed payments must be resolved within 48 hours to avoid suspension. All payments are non-refundable except where required by Florida law. 2. Session Limits & Usage Memberships include a set number of group sessions per month based on your selected plan (2x, 3x, or 4x per week). Unused sessions do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. 3. Booking & Attendance All classes must be reserved in advance through the Limitless Fitness booking system. Space is limited and spots are not guaranteed without booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session. 4. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, members may join the waitlist. If added to the class, standard cancellation rules apply. 5. Late Arrival Members arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to participate for safety reasons. 6. Assumption of Risk Participation in strength training, conditioning, and group fitness involves inherent risks, including injury. Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. 7. Outdoor Training Certain sessions, including workouts at Blue Jacket Park in Winter Park, FL, may be held outdoors and are weather-dependent. Outdoor participation carries additional environmental risks. 8. Code of Conduct Limitless Fitness maintains a respectful and professional environment. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
